The following was again before the House in third reading: HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 158(FIN) "An Act directing the commissioner of revenue to prepare a report to the legislature relating to the state's participation in owning or financing a gas pipeline project; and providing for an effective date." The question to be reconsidered: "Shall HCS CSSB 158(FIN) pass the House?" Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HCS CSSB 158(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
