Representative James brought up reconsideration of the vote on HCS                                  
CSSB 158(FIN) (page 1642).                                                                          
                                                                                                    
The following was again before the House in third reading:                                          
                                                                                                    
      HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 158(FIN)                                                  
      "An Act directing the commissioner of revenue to prepare a report                             
      to the legislature relating to the state's participation in owning or                         
      financing a gas pipeline project; and providing for an effective                              
      date."                                                                                        
                                                                                                    
The question to be reconsidered:  "Shall HCS CSSB 158(FIN) pass the
